Casey Kendel is an entrepreneur, commercial insurance advisor, author, speaker, and podcast host dedicated to helping business owners protect what they've built and achieve long-term success. As the founder and president of Prosperity North Advisors, Casey has built a reputation for providing practical insurance guidance rooted in education, transparency, and lasting relationships.

Before launching Prosperity North Advisors in 2020, Casey spent 15 years advising 26 Fortune 100 companies on domestic and international taxation. During that time, he worked with globally recognized organizations including Xerox, CCH Wolters Kluwer, and Thomson Reuters, developing expertise in complex financial structures, risk management, and strategic business planning.

Those experiences shaped Casey's mission: to bring high-level risk management and insurance expertise to entrepreneurs and small businesses. He believes business owners deserve an advisor who prioritizes education over sales, transparency over pressure, and relationships over transactions. Through Prosperity North Advisors, Casey specializes in helping business owners navigate risk with confidence, allowing them to focus on growing their companies and protecting their futures.

Beyond insurance, Casey is passionate about educating and inspiring others through multiple platforms. He is the author of Commercial Insurance Simplified, a practical guide designed to help business owners better understand commercial insurance and make informed decisions about protecting their businesses. He is also the host of Casey's Corner, where he interviews entrepreneurs, community leaders, and industry experts to share insights on business growth, leadership, and community impact.

Casey is deeply committed to serving his community and has held leadership roles in numerous organizations. He is actively involved with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, BNI, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Arizona Pest Professional Organization (AZPPO), and the Arizona Assisted Living Home Association (AALHA). He is also a graduate of Gilbert Leadership Class 31 and currently serves as Chairman of the Town of Gilbert Redevelopment Commission.

In addition to his business and community involvement, Casey serves as a Professor of Sales and Marketing at Benedictine University Mesa, where he is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of business professionals.

Casey's expertise and leadership have earned him multiple President's Club Awards and recognition from organizations such as BNI and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. He has also been featured on Fox, CBS, NBC, and ABC Phoenix affiliates, appeared on various iHeartRadio podcasts, and continues to share his knowledge through speaking engagements and media appearances.

When he's not working with clients, teaching, or creating content, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He is an avid golfer, fisherman, and camper, and proudly coaches his sons' soccer teams. A lifelong musician, Casey is also an award-winning Scottish bagpiper and former bass guitarist in a punk band.

Casey earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and his MBA from Grand Canyon University, graduating with top honors from both institutions. Through every endeavor, his mission remains the same: helping people protect their prosperity and build a lasting legacy.
